This is a .22LR cartridge crafted to precise specifications, incorporating subtle modifications to accommodate printing at 0.2mm layer height on FDM/FFF printers, ensuring it can be securely gripped by an ejector for use as a snap-cap if desired. If you plan to utilize this cartridge as a snap-cap, print it with layers ranging from 0.15 to 0.2mm using flexible filament and multiple walls/top/bottom layers along with near-solid infill. To achieve optimal results, print at a slower pace than usual and maintain higher-than-normal temperatures (and disable the nozzle fan if possible) to guarantee all layers bond seamlessly; failure to do so may result in the rim being stripped away when attempting to eject the round.
