This is a design for 50 .223 Remington rounds and might also work with other calibers. The boxes are cheap and easy to find in the USA, but they can be hard to come by in some countries, so you can print them. The maximum OAL (overall length) of the boxes is 63.5mm. The square holes are 11mm x 11mm and are 28mm deep. As a hinge, you can use two 1.5mm x 25mm headless nails - I tried it that way myself.
