I decided to upgrade my Tiny Whoop and Inductrix FPV, so I added parts to give them a tiny whoop look. You can find more information about 220x at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1719530. This add-on works with other frames that use 23mm outer diameter motors and 4-inch props by attaching housings to the frame using strong double-sided tape. I also added a hollow version of the housing. Print Settings: Printer: GEEETech I3 PRO B Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 0% I used a 1mm nozzle and spiralized the outer contour in Cura software. All parts were printed with ABS filament, so I set the brim to at least 5-10 lines for bigger parts. Print two left and two right stators. Post-Printing: First, drill holes with 2.5mm drill bits and tap M3 threads. Next, glue stators to fan housings using UHU Plast Glue or a similar adhesive that bonds ABS plastic (such as CA Glue). Finally, install fan housings to motor mounts using nylon screws of the right length. Don't forget to add washers between motor holders and fan housing for level alignment. Add screw holders on the bottom of the motor holder, then secure with zip ties attached to the tube.
