2204 Motor Protector / guard for quadcopters

To shield those tiny quadcopter motors from devastating crashes, I've assembled a rugged and simple motor guard for my trusty Argonaut AQ250 equipped with reliable 2204 2300KV motors. This protective casing should also accommodate standard 2204 design motors without any modifications. This homemade protector may not match the durability of a carbon fiber motor shield, but it effectively absorbs the initial shock impact... allowing me to swiftly print out another replacement whenever needed ;). UPDATES: * May 19, 2015 - I've created an even more lightweight Tough Motor Protector option for those who prioritize reduced weight. Instructions I manufactured these protective covers using a generous 80% infill setting, but due to their compact size and thin profile, it's unlikely that the infill has any significant impact.
