I've designed an ultralight version of this visor, slashing printing time from two hours per visor to just 21 minutes. Assembly takes only one minute. I used a plastic A4 sheet in my case - a yellow file cover with holes poked through it using a soldering iron and string. Printed and assembled in 22 minutes with high-speed settings in ReplicatorG. This visor fits snugly on the MakerBot Replicator build plate, measuring just under 250 by less than 150mm, approximately 5mm high. The PLA used is silver silk, with an HBP of 32, an extruder temperature of 210, and a layer height of 0.28. I've included attributions for any remaining original work from my previous face shield design. Be sure to check the Filabot website blog for tips on splitting tubes. This updated file now prints faster than the original, shaving off two hours and landing at just 22 minutes. Use it at your own risk; as is, where is. I hope this helps, and I bid you farewell for now - may you be well.
