This case will hold 100 .22LR rounds securely. The insert nestles into the box via a lip and the lid glides smoothly into place, fitting snugly within the grooves. To access just what you need, simply pull the lid back one row at a time. I've also included a photo of a cross-section that I printed for testing purposes to give you a clear view of how everything fits together inside the case. The box measures 6.54 inches long x 1.81 inches wide x 1.26 inches tall. I have since added a second, smaller version of this ammo case that holds 20 rounds instead of 100. The files are marked _x20 so you can easily tell them apart. I'm excited to share this new option with you! In response to user feedback, I've uploaded an updated version of the sliding lid that is 0.012 inches thicker than before. The original was found to be just a bit too thin after repeated use.
