I made this to convert my 23" blinds to cutans while only using the original mounting material. You will need a 1/2 inch by 24-inch long dowel, or one that you can cut to fit your sizes of blinds. I just hammered in the dowel with the curtain on it. Then it simply slots into where the blind slides in and you place the locking covers back on again.
