It's a chassis mount capacitor holder designed by Emily Velasco and Roger Cheng for their VFD display project. This is R1, and I'm eager to hear what's wrong with it so I can make the necessary adjustments - I haven't tried it yet. R2 has been included, featuring a 0.5mm inner diameter increase.
