Printed with 30D TPU/flex, 0.16mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle. You can print in smaller layer heights, but I wouldn't print thicker. Printed without support. I added the FreeCAD source file. If you print it with more rigid TPU/flex, I recommend to make the middle part thinner.
