While I like it, the print time was surprisingly longer than expected, prompting me to make some tweaks to enhance the original design and reduce material usage as well as print time: 1. To ensure secure placement, I extended the two shield mounting posts on the sides by an additional 1.5mm each, along with a 1mm extension at the center. 2. Both ends of the frame now feature a shield retention hook that contacts the shield, keeping it firmly in place and preventing any accidental removal due to clothing or external forces. 3. I designed a 5.3mm swept hole along the headband attachments to accommodate either rubberbands or hair-ties without falling off. This modification eliminates the issue of the flat elastic band losing tension when set down, causing the shield to detach. 4. By shortening the height from 20mm to 11mm, I preserved the comfort and security aspect while sacrificing some print time for a more efficient process. 5. The front portion of the frame was tapered down an additional 3mm on the area that contacts the shield, significantly reducing the overall print time from over two hours to just 1 hour and 14 minutes. 6. Removing all text and logos contributed to a minor reduction in print time.
