Adaptation of a power bank PCB from Aliexpress with all major quick charging protocols and cell balancing.Holes are almost necessary. Heat output is around 10w in the worst case scenario.Cells overheat at maximum charging power even with holes, black material color and passive airflow.PETG or ABS/PC recommended. PCB reaches up to 70°C.Screws are M3x10.Doesn't use threaded inserts, since it's a one-time assembly.Printing recommendations:I recommend printing with supports only on the sides. Port holes can be left without them.Alternative is using "Make Overhang Printable" in Cura. Alleviates the need of scraping off supports, but in the end it's less comfortable to use.It's a function-driven design, eh. Gotta stop somewhere.Just search "100w pd power bank module" on AliExpress. There are dozens of them.Step file attached. Stl's are lame.Feel free to comment.
