This is a scaled-up version of the Keystone 1042 18650 battery holder, designed for use with a 2170 Li-Ion cell. The proportions have been adjusted to accommodate the larger cell and initial testing has shown promising results. To assemble this holder, start by extracting the metal springs from a 1042 cell holder and then insert them into the 3D printed 2170 holder. If necessary, use a soldering iron to heat the spring clips and soften the plastic before inserting them, as they may be stubborn at first.
