I used the design from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3085098 (thanks jeffreyheaden) I added to the design by making a back plate that I glued to the air filter adapter. I included a hose adapter for the PCV from the head. I think that it makes it look super clean and keeps crap out of the engine. I also made a cover for the Air/Fuel trim valve so it doesn't fall off when you are riding around. I printed both with 100% infill ABS I had to drill out the holes for where it mounts to the carb. I used 1/4 drill bit for that and it fit perfect. feel free to modify this more, it is pretty basic as I am not very experienced with 3d design but it is functional. I will update after I have used this to see how it handles heat and vibrations.
