This is a detailed plan to create a sturdy 10x12 inch round 'crate'. The example was cut from surprisingly subpar 3/8" OSB using an 800x800mm X-carve with a 1/8" bit. The x-carve Easel drawing can be found here: http://easel.inventables.com/projects/MsQ2BV-QGmf2XQ2BV-C9rrlrylnvr The source SVG is also included. Load it into your preferred tool and scale it to 1000x2000mm using the provided squares at those locations. Then remove the squares, set the cutting details, and arrange for efficient cutting. Note that the SVG does include holes in the top and bottom pieces; they just don't appear in the Thingiverse preview. The model is sized for nominal 1/2" material. Full-dimensional 1/2" material might be a tight fit.
