I needed an adapter because there was nothing in the price range on market, so I designed one myself. 25 € for 2 small metal hangers are very expensive. I needed about 20 pieces for my ETSI rack to accommodate all the switches. I put them alternately on the left and right so that the entire structure is also stable.
