You can fabricate part on a 3D printer and construct your own custom-sized CNC machine or 3D printer using an actuator. Remember, scale all parts to 1.04 prior to printing for shrinkage allowance. You will need some additional items in addition to those printed parts to assemble one slide. These necessary items include: A Nema 17 motor with a 5x24mm long shaft and diameter of 5mm. Two bearings are also required for the idler side block, each bearing measuring ID 4x OD 12x Thk 4. "T" nuts along with eight screws are needed to assemble an aluminum extruded profile measuring 20x40. Four cable ties are necessary to lock a belt, two at each side of the drive table belt plate. Eight M3x12mm long screws and one M4x30mm long screw with nut are required. A 3mm grub screw is also needed for the drive pulley GT2, which has 30 teeth. Additionally, a mini "v" gantry plate and four Delrin "v" wheel kits are necessary. A GT2 belt as per your requirement and a 20x40 aluminum block of your desired length are also required, along with a model and image for reference assembly purposes. Scale all parts to 1.04 before printing for shrinkage allowance. Good luck with your construction project!!!
