Replacement silicone sock for hot ends. Probably works for a lot of cheap 3D printers. You can check by measuring the block or printing part A and seeing if it fits your current silicone sock.

Instructions.

Get some two part silicone putty. Any brand will probably do (It's up to you to make sure what you pick is safe. Don't blame me if you find something that isn't). I think most will handle temperatures of up to 300C.

Print the three STLs.

Take a ball about the size of a marble out of each parts of the putty and mix well.

Squash the ball of mixed putty into printed part B, skewering it on the alignment pin to make sure it surrounds it when pressed

Push printed part A into part B making sure the pin goes into the hole and the extension at the side lines up with the cutout.

Insert both parts into part C with the sticky out but going through the cutout and the open side of part B facing the open side of part C.

Push the sides together as hard as you can. There may be some leakage but that's fine.

Leave to set for 10 minutes.

Open the mold up and remove the sock. The alignment pin will break, don't waste time trying to save it.

Trim excess silicone and you're good to go.
