20x20 to 30x30 Adapter

THIS IS NOT PERFECT! I am not a designer! I used Meshmixer to remix this mount for my own use. If you need to mod it further then I probably can't help you... sorry... Rotate this to print flat... not sure why the mount is vertical... I am building a quadcopter using a 30x30 Flyduino KISS 25A ESC and a 20x20 KISS Ultra Mini flight controller. The problem I had was the frame height was only 20mm, so I didn't have much vertical room. I had to keep the stack low. The underside of the holes that the flight controller screw into are a nut-shaped pattern, so you can squish a nut in there, then screw down from the top. I used nylon screws, because you never know if metal screws would touch the ESC in a hard crash. Even with nylon screws, the flight controller is held tight. Also, the holes for the 30x30 part, in the original, were super huge... they could be M4 or M5, so I did my best to make the holes down to M3 size. I printed this mount at 90% and it's pretty solid, giving a little bounce to absorb vibrations. You can go higher or lower if needed. Have fun with it!!!
