The original mounting configuration of my Tronxy X5S-2E resulted in excessively long bowden tubes, prompting me to optimize their positioning. By relocating the extruders upwards and partially onto the bed, I was able to shorten approximately 30cm of the original 70+cm tubes that had some excess slack. This adjustment yielded significant benefits with lower retraction and linear advance settings (4mm -> 3mm, K1.2 -> K0.5). Given my setup's use of two extruders featuring long planetary motors, I designed a mirrored mount for the other extruder as well. This custom attachment securely fastens to the 20x20 extrusion using a slot nut.
