The idea wasn't about the connection ball, but a similar concept. Without the seat portion (still in progress), a chair can be constructed. The intention was to showcase a chair with a net made from 20mm x 20mm square bars, suspended between a frame. Unfortunately, I had overwritten a file while exporting a separate STL file, and all that could be saved was this partial result. My mistake. I dislike the final outcome, but you might appreciate it. This is a work in progress that will continue well into the year 2034. TIP: The print cost me seven years of my life. Always save your complete project file on a removable disk and place it in a secure location until you're finished.
