A coupling featuring two vertical restraints, which can be set firmly in place, and one horizontal restraint that can be locked with a dial. The PVC pipes it joins are 20mm water pipe tubes, approximately 26mm outside diameter. The vertical constraint spacing is determined by setting two elbows flush together, establishing the distance. Used in core lines A2 lightbox installation. Instructions Required parts: 2 off conduit_single_collar pieces 2 off conduit_cross_brace pieces 1 off conduit_cross_brace_plate piece knob_M6 dial 1 off M6 Hex Bolt, 20mm length 2 off M3 Button Head 12mm screws with nuts 8 off 4G x 9mm self-tapper pan head screws Steps: Insert the M6 bolt into the knob_M6 dial. Place an M6 nut in the conduit_cross_brace_plate. Install two M3 nuts on one of the conduit_cross_brace pieces. Secure the conduit_cross_brace_plate to the conduit_cross_brace using M3 screws. Attach top and bottom conduit_cross_brace to left and right conduit_single_collar with 4G screws. Place 20mm water pipes in conduit_single_collars and between conduit_cross_brace_plates. Lock the horizontal (if used as shown) water pipe with the M6 bolt, with the knob threaded into the M6 nut in the conduit_cross_brace_plate.
