This was designed to be mounted in an old unused Opel tank which was used in the car to store the windshield liquid. Now its being used as a gasoline tank for my brother's CarbMate carburetor synchronizer. A thread M20x2,5 x 15mm screw with hexagonal head for 28mm spanner and a position for 20x3mm rubber O-ring as a seal. Exit is made as a 6mm tube with 3 cones to securely fit a ~6mm rubber gasoline hose onto it. This all goes into the plastic canister(tank) and on top of it is placed another 20x3mm O-ring and that is secured with a 28mm nut. All fits tight enough so no leakage.
