20mm to 40mm barb adapter

Model created at request of Sputnik72. Need was for an adapter that joins a 20mm rubber hose to a 40mm one, the same as connecting 3/4in and 1.5in US hoses. The maximum overhang angle is 60 degrees, with a 3mm wall thickness required. Not yet printed or tested. Updates will be made to these notes based on Sputnik72's results. V2 uploaded with a 0.5mm fillet applied to all sharp edges for added safety.
