Frustrated by constantly replacing broken screw clips, I decided to create two versions of holders for my home's flexible 20mm PVC tubes and network cables. These are printed in Taulman3D's n-vent material with a 35% infill rate to ensure rigidity; however, decreasing the infill can make them more flexible and even accommodate larger pipes. The design is likely compatible with PVC tube diameters around 20-22mm, but I haven't tested other sizes.
