20mm frame legs (3" lift)

20mm frame legs (3" lift)

thingiverse

This is a 3" lift designed specifically for your 20mm framed printer, such as my Tronxy model. It utilizes your stock 4mm x 8mm screws and cam lock nuts to provide added reinforcement to the frame, surpassing the standard corner plates included with most printer kits. I created these lifts so you can easily place the control box under the printer. Please comment below with your printer name, and I'll add it to the 'Tags' list for easier discovery by others. Latest update: Additional files have been uploaded for larger screw heads labeled xxx300.stl, compatible with .300"(7.62mm) screws. The other files are designed for .270"(6.858) smaller head screws. The files are now fixed and available. Two styles are offered: one for beveled extrusions, ideal for smooth printing, and one for square profiles, which may require supports during the printing process. A minor adjustment is required for the registration tabs that sit within the extrusion; they might need to be trimmed to fit properly. I'm currently revising the drawing to rectify this issue. Originally, the design was based on beveled extrusions, but I'll also upload versions compatible with square profiles in the near future.
