2060 - 2060 Extrusion Bracket

2060 - 2060 Extrusion Bracket

thingiverse

Here is another aluminum extrusion bracket that I designed for a CNC mill project. It joins two pieces of 2060 extrusion together securely, utilizing an 85% infill for added strength; feel free to adjust the infill percentage according to your specific needs. To attach the bottom side (six holes) to the extrusion, M5x10mm bolts are required, while the vertical side (five holes) calls for M5x12mm bolts. If you're looking for other size extrusion brackets, be sure to check out some of my previous designs. As my CNC mill project progresses, I'll continue to design and upload more brackets like this one. I'd love to see what you all create with these parts - please share your projects here! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to comment below; thanks for stopping by!
