<p>Y Axis stepper mount for 2040 extrusion.&nbsp;</p><p>Requires:</p><ul><li>The original stepper mount from the ender3 y-axis</li><li>Bearing, you can get one by cutting up a spare extrusion wheel</li><li>Two M5 heat inserts&nbsp;</li><li>Two M5 bolts</li><li>Two M3 bolts</li></ul><p>This fixes the problem where the original ender extender stepper mount melts over time when the stepper gets hot.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Update: v.1.1/12-06-2022:</strong></p><p>After a while the bearring came loose so i made a few adjustments:</p><ul><li>Moved bearring to the other side</li><li>Tighter tolerances: bearring has to be pushed in with some force</li><li>Moved stepper closer to the bearring so it has more support on the other side of the axis</li></ul><p><strong>Update: v.1.2/20-07-2022:</strong></p><p>Again, the bearring came loose :/ won't happen anymore with this update</p><ul><li>Included bearring lid with self tapping screws</li><li>Endstop in this model, should work with the original bed carriage, if not i'm happy to remove it on request</li></ul><p><strong>How to print</strong></p><ul><li>Place the print with extrusion mount flat on the bed</li><li>50% infill</li></ul>
