I designed an innovative 2040 leg extension for my BLV cube, utilizing a 2040 slot to achieve optimal stability. To minimize vibrations and ensure smooth operation, I inserted a strategically placed piece of 40*40*3mm rubber cut from an old mouse pad as a shock absorber. For maximum structural integrity, I opted for an 80+% infill ratio in the design.
