Here are Kossel corners made from just 2040 extrusions, perfect for cases where local hardware stores only sell 5-meter pieces. This design is fairly parametric, so you can tweak parameters like extrusion width and thickness to suit your needs, although some experimentation might be necessary to get the desired results. Note: Users on #reprap suggested using a different configuration to avoid top tower twisting against the bottom; Wolfstock corners could be a more suitable alternative. Updates include adding both top and bottom corners to the design, with the top corner incorporating a 3mm hole and nut trap for utilizing M3 screws as idler pulleys, combined with 623zz bearings.
