2040 Extrusion Feet

I was in urgent need of a sturdy pair of feet to support a 2040 extrusion that would serve as a TV table stand for my entertainment center. The design required the front legs to be longer than the back, ensuring the TV remained stable and prevented it from toppling over. To accommodate this requirement, I created a custom foot with a slight overhang, allowing it to glide smoothly along its intended path - a tiny bit larger than the 2040 extrusion. To add extra security, I included holes for countersunk screws, providing an added layer of stability if needed. After printing the feet using high-quality Verbatim PLA filament at a 25% infill rate, I was pleased to find that they were strong and sturdy enough to support the weight of my TV.
