I required a solution to attach my 32" display to a 2040 extrusion as it lacked any feet. A mount slides down the 2040, secured with M5 T-nuts. The mount supports its weight but shifts when you attach something to it. A large hole accommodates an M8 screw commonly used for mounting larger VESA compatible displays. Two versions are included: one for M8 screws and another that fits a M8 nut, suitable for mounting in the opposite direction. I utilized only two M5 screws with T-nuts on each side, but you can fill all holes if desired. A 25% infill proved sufficient for modern displays. I printed with PLA, but recommend PETG or ABS for heavy screens.
