Screwless belt tensioner using the original hardware. If your printer is calibrated to a tolerance of +-0.2mm it should print without a problem. Print is oriented correctly for printing. Printed in DevilDesign PETG but PLA would work as well. There are two versions:Short version -15mm travel Long version - 30mm travel I've also added the fusion360 file so you can edit the model for your purposes.
