the gap at the bottom of the peg and the plastic insert when mounting is intentional, do not fill up with a washer. Use 6x10mm grub screws for the grip and one 8mm bolt or hex for mounting. Print 100% infill and ideally with a 0.6mm nozzle for extra strength. Run the mounting bolt half way in to get the thread going before mounting. Mount the grub screws before mounting and make them as level as possible sticking out about 50%
