Quick print glasses for New Year's 2023!Remix InfoPrimary new thing here is the filament hinge inspired by a different shutter shade remix. The original openscad design was really good but the snap-fit arms were very fragile. I used blender for some booleans then did manual reinforcement of the hinge portion. You can use a 2mm drill bit if the holes are a bit snug. They are modeled at 2mm so it just depends on your printer.PLA is fine if you are gentle but the hinge is stronger with HTPLA/PETG etc. If you have the textured bed you may want to use that so the surface finish is nicer. I do recommend using “don't cross perimeters” setting to reduce PETG stringing (enabled in the 3mf).
