I designed this after seeing a similar tool online. Drawn up in onshape. This tool takes the guesswork out of checking chain slack on newer yz250f dirt bikes. The high end measures at the max slack allowed (60mm) and the lower side is the minimum slack (50mm) using tool from side to side is the in between (55mm). Essentially you slip this between your swingarm and the chain to check slack before torquing down your rear axle nut and setting the adjustment bolts when securing the rear tire position. The numbers on the tool correspond to their height and were pulled from my 2022 YZ250F factory owners manual under the maintenance section. You can remix with your specific bikes min and max measurements or i can draw up another for you at request. After pulling the print off of the printer i measured using a micrometer and it was acurate down to .01mm so it will work perfectly, thanks for looking! Printer - ender 3 v2, upgraded fan shroud, stiff springs with aluminum adjustment knobs, capricorn bowden tube, custom enclosure. Filament - PolyMaker pla pro black Print time with my settings used ~ 1 hour 30 min
