I did a 100% fill due to the 2mm spacer height in PETG. It is flexible, but appears to hold the speaker in place. I put in a Dayton Audio 3.5 8ohm I got off Amazon to match the factory 8ohm on this system. The cutout and dimensions of the mounts are based specifically on this speaker. You can customize this like I did from the original if needed for a specific speaker. I also have a 5mm version of this, but it was too thick for this particular speaker. The 5mm prevented the dash cover from snapping down over it.
