2022 27" Apple Studio Display Stand/Riser
thingiverse
If you're cheap like me and didn't pay the extra $400 for the height-adjustable stand on your 2022 Apple Studio Display, you might have been surprised to find that it sits a bit low. I'm used to working on a 27" iMac and the difference was immediately noticeable. Instead of buying a giant generic monitor riser, or shelling out for a custom stand on Etsy, I simply designed my own. This is meant to fit the base of the tilt-only version of the Studio Display. I don't know if it'll fit the version with the height-adjustable stand (though I'm not sure why you'd need this riser if you had that one), or the 24" iMac. It raises the monitor up about 3cm, or a little over an inch. This places the display image just a little higher than that of a 27" iMac, so if you want the two to match exactly, you would need to reduce the height of this model a bit. But as-is, I find it much more comfortable to look at the Studio Display. There are indentations in the bottom of the stand so you can stick common adhesive rubber feet. The cutout in the top for the monitor's base is intentionally about half a millimeter loose front-to-back, this is to make installation easier. You don't need much infill; I used 10% when printing mine and think that was still a bit too much.
