This part secures wires within a 20x20 aluminum extrusion channel. Its small size and rapid printing speed enable multiple production for organized wiring. Ink trap technique, adapted from typography, keeps corner edges crisp. This method works well in 3D printing. Experiment with .35 layer height or smaller for optimal infill. STL prints two clips per file, used on Prism Mendel.
