This is a remix of the '2020 Extrusion Vibration Dampener Feet' by cordedconch, that I printed but found to not suit what I needed. His file was also a remix, but it was a bit messy, so I redesigned it to have cleaner polygons and left the licence the same as he had. The locking side tabs are thinner, making them easier to handle, yet the part remains sturdy enough. PLA will flex over time, so you may need to re-print if yours sags too much after some months of use. A center hole allows for a M4 bolt placement to secure it to the aluminum 2020 frame, if needed. I made another one to fit the Kossel mini with 1515 aluminum extrusions, that I'll post later. Please post your creations and comments are welcome. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Kossel Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 to 0.3 Infill: 30% Notes: Try to find a setting in your Slicer to avoid minimal bridging when printing, this is a simple part but some layer thickness settings can make the tool path create more travel moves than needed. Post-Printing You may need to clean the hole with a drill if you want the bolt to pass freely, but I just screwed the bolt in since the clearance is tight and it will help secure the bolt as in a nyloc nut. How I Designed This Designed in Blender 3D, totally remade from the original file, I just used the same general dimensions and a similar shape.
