What a year it's been. I made some cookie cutters in the spirit of the year. https://twitter.com/amoose136/status/1338683902689505282

I used this recipe: https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/peanut-butter-cutout-cookies/

Only difference was I used some of this peanut butter instead of normal creamy peanut butter. https://www.kroger.com/p/peanut-butter-co-white-chocolate-wonderful-peanut-butter-white-chocolate-blend/0085108700005 Reason being is that it had cocoa butter as the 3rd ingredient and I thought that might work well in a cookie. It is less salty than normal peanut butter though so I compensated by adding about 1/4 tsp salt.

Don't hit me with the "bUt iTs NoT FoOd sAfE" comments. You're going to bake the cookies which will kill the bacteria/mold that may be in the cutters and you wash the cutters afterward which will eliminate most of what will want to stay there. Also will probably only make cookies a couple times with these before tossing them because the pandemic will only last so long.

Notes: Pusheen's tail is too small and breaks almost every cookie but I don't really feel like fixing it. Left side of Fauci's face has a little too much detail. Otherwise they work pretty well.

Print instructions

I used ironing to get a smoother finish on flat surfaces but you do you
