I print them with a 0.75 nozzle and 0.400 height. For best results, print one at a time for plastic adhesion. Printing 150mm takes about an hour; slow down after 100mm to prevent toppling. Mounts and other components are printed with a 0.4 nozzle and 0.200 height. Supports aren't necessary; choose the most suitable orientation. Post-Printing Requirements This system relies on M2.5 bolts in the 5-8mm range. If you want to use M3, simply run a M3 tapping tool through the holes using an electric drill at low speed.
