The following settings were used for printing the 2020 Extrusion Corner Cap: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.200mm To assemble the corner cap, print two of the L and R parts, as well as the corner block. After printing, tap M3 screw holes in the corner block and L/R parts at a low speed to create threads. Use M3 x 8mm screws to attach the L and R parts to the corner block, and use M3 x 5mm screws to secure them to the extrusion.
