2020 side panel holder / enclosure

This is a printable panel holder that slides into the corner of a 2020 extrusion. It fits Slot 5 type and slot 6 perfectly, so you can just print it and slide it in. First, print it to a height of 1cm to dial in your printer's settings. It allows me to enclose my printer with 5mm sheet material, which is ideal for keeping everything organized. I ended up using a 3mm foamcore due to cost considerations and the added benefit of noise reduction. Print Settings Rafts: No rafts needed here. Supports: Don't worry about supports, you won't need them. Resolution: Print it at any resolution you like, but I used 0.5mm for a crisp finish. Notes: Use support for the 'Crown' part, print walls that are 1mm thick and skip the infill entirely. Post-Printing Sand and heat treat where needed to get a professional-looking finish.
