I've designed a 2020 Regional Trophy that demands precision printing with a .25mm nozzle or smaller. Any larger nozzle may compromise the text's clarity, so it's crucial to use one of these specifications for optimal results. When slicing this design, I recommend printing everything from 0-20mm using a dark colored filament. This creates a striking visual effect and helps the trophy stand out. For sections above 20mm, use the winning team's color - whether gold, silver, or bronze - to add an extra layer of authenticity. To achieve a smooth finish, I suggest using 5% infill for these trophies; they turn out great every time. Update: My latest revision, V2, has been optimized for printing on nozzles up to .6mm without losing any detail. This upgrade also significantly reduces print time from around 18 hours to just 3 hours, making it a game-changer for those who value speed and quality.
