I was on r/rav4club subreddit a little bit ago and saw someone bought an aftermarket fob enclosure for their RAV and it was HUGE. The only thing I could think was "why would someone want something that big in their pocket?". Well, I cracked open my fob, grabbed my calipers and started measuring and drawing up a very minimalistic fob. There is no spot for the physical key portion, but I plan on just putting that in a "hide-a-key" box and strapping it somewhere underneath if I would ever need it. I started with printing it with my Ender 3 S1 just to get everything fitting properly. I plan on resin 3D printing the final enclosure so it looks better.
