I acquired 3/4 inch by 3/4 inch aluminum square tubing from my nearby hardware store to serve as a strut and subsequently employed this to stabilize my 3D printer's frame. Following that, several M4 and M5 bolts later, it was securely fastened to my wooden base plate. The hinge should be printed upright so the layer lines are parallel to the hole. Conversely, the mount should be printed exactly as depicted in the picture to ensure optimal strength from the material.
