Using V-Rollers can be a bit tricky, as they're often quite large and not very practical when trying to add extra modules on the rail. They tend to clash with the plate itself, making it difficult to implement. For dual and single types, there are two versions available, one with "wave washer" that allows for some extra tolerance. This means you can adjust the tightness of the plates by adding a wave washer on each side - two per screw. The wave washer also provides about 1mm or less of travel adjustment during tightening. The mounting hole is located 20mm apart from center to center, and there's a 623 bearing in each slot.
