2020 profile corner bracket

I needed a much stronger corner bracket than what standard corner pieces offer. By combining three, I created an incredibly stiff corner that's perfect for any 3D-printer frame! I printed mine with four walls and 10% infill since this design gets most of its strength from the large flat plane. As a result, it produces a much stronger and stiffer corner than conventional corner brackets. The holes are all 5.2 mm in diameter, which results in 5 mm holes on my printer. The key-nubbins are 6 mm wide. If your extrusions have slits smaller than 6 mm, you can easily trim off some material to make it fit your specific extrusions. *Edit 3/7/18: I added extra nubbins to make it easier to align the two extrusions perpendicularly and increased clearance in the corner.
