2020 Profile Aluminum 3D Printable Erector Set

This set is designed for building anything you want from 2020mm profile aluminum extrusion. Construct CNC machines, 3D printers, housing, robots, shelving, and countless other projects. These parts can be printed on most FDM 3D printers as their geometry is relatively simple and can be printed with or without support material. General Specifications - Print at 35/40% for maximum strength; PLA filament works well - Gyroid infill is highly recommended - A layer height of 0.2mm is necessary for accurate screw holes and countersinks - M4 metric screws with a 1/2mm countersink (depending on the part) are used - Channel slots ensure a tight, square fit - An M6 metric screw is used in tapped holes at the extrusion end - Each aluminum piece is secured by three screws in a triangular pattern for maximum rigidity These parts have been released separately before and were included with my 3D printer design in the past. However, they are newly updated. When I tested and used the original parts, I was able to get them to work, but it was challenging to assemble everything due to the tolerances I had chosen. The V2 parts have tweaked dimensions and geometry to make assembly easy.
