2020 Profile Aluminum 3D Printable Erector Set

This set is designed for building anything out of 2020mm profile aluminum extrusion. Build CNC machines, 3D printers, housing, robots, shelving and much more with it. These can be printed on most FDM 3D printers since their geometry is not very complex and they can be printed with or without support material. General Specs - Print at 40% for strength; PLA works fine - Layer height at 0.2mm for screw hole/countersink accuracy - Use M4 Metric Screws with a 2mm countersink - Include channel slots for tight and square fit - Use an M6 Metric screw for the extrusion end tapped hole - Each aluminum piece is secured by three screws in a triangular pattern for maximum rigidity These parts have been released separately before, but these are newly updated versions. When I tested and used the original parts, I was able to get them to work, although it was difficult to put things together with their tolerances. These V2 parts have tweaked dimensions and geometry to make assembly easy.
